PRICES
Prices are effective January 30, 2008. Prices
are subject to change without notice. ADDED to
listed prices, buyer shall pay the seller an amount
equal to any tax or duty which seller may pay
in respect to the sales.
DELIVERY
F.O.B. Fenton, Michigan. Product will be shipped
the best way, usually UPS, unless specified otherwise.
TERMS
Net 30 days. If payment is not received within
these terms, an additional charge of 1-1/2% per
month will be applied to the unpaid balance.
RETURNS
All returned goods must have a return goods authorization
(RGA) number, which can be obtained by calling
our sales department at 810-629-9885.
RGA number must be clearly labeled on the outside
of the returned package.
EXPRESS WARRANTY
Harroun Enterprises warranties its products for
6 (six) months from date of purchase against
defects due to faulty material or workmanship
and will repair or replace, at its discretion,
withoutcharge any items returned, provided the
user notifies Harroun of said defect within 180
days of date of purchase. This warranty is void
if an item has been damaged by accident or unreasonable
use, neglect, improper service, or other causes
not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
No other expressed warranty is given or authorized.
LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTY
Harroun Enterprises disclaims any implied warranty
of merchantability or fitness for any period beyond
that of the express warranty.
EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
HARROUN ENTERPRISES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may have other
rights which vary from state to state. THIS WARRANTY
IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Stated limitations may not
apply in states where prohibited.
WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service you must do the following:
1. Call Harroun at 1-810-629-9885 to
obtain a return authorization number. 2. Return
item(s), transportation prepaid, to:
